The Central Election Commission put turnout at 56.66% and reported more than 3,000 waves of DDoS attacks on election infrastructure. Voting was also held in occupied parts of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia, which Kyiv called a 'farce.' Final results are not due before Sept. 25.
